This page allows you to permanently delete your TravelPOI account and associated personal data. To proceed, enter your account email address and password below. We will send a secure confirmation link to your email address.

What happens when you delete your account?

The following personal data will be permanently removed:

• Email address
• Name / display name
• Password credentials
• Linked authentication data (e.g. Google sign-in)
• Profile information

The following content will remain but will be anonymised:

• Reviews you have written
• Places you have created
• Uploaded photos and videos
• Ownership claims

This content will no longer be associated with your identity and will appear under an anonymised “Deleted User” account.

Data retention

Certain limited records may be retained where required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Financial or billing record keeping

We do not retain personal data beyond what is necessary for these purposes.
